Craig Swope

George gave me my first management opportunity at KDTH in Dubuque. Others have used the word integrity in describing George. They are on target! He was also challenging, knowing that you could do more than you might think. He had a very essential mind that correctly identified the most important blocks of whatever wall you were working on and also had a breadth of perspective to correctly anticipate dynamics ahead. He made a big impression on my life and I have always been grateful of the time we shared together.
